We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Hospitality Sales Manager to join our team. This role is vital in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring our properties are top-of-mind for corporate and group travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for corporate, group, and leisure markets.
Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique value of our properties.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, marketing, and events teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales within the hospitality industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.
