Associate Director, Marketing and Fan Development
Reporting directly to the Director of Athletics, this position plays a pivotal role in creating a fan-centric and high-energy environment with memorable fan experiences. This position is responsible for developing and executing creative, strategic marketing campaigns and fan engagement initiatives across all ticketed sports, with a focus on enhancing the game day experience, increasing ticket sales, strengthening sponsorship relations, and building long-term brand affinity for Mount St. Mary’s Athletics.
