What will you be doing:
The Senior Marketing Specialist (International Marketing) contributes to the strategic direction and priorities that will help drive international marketing awareness and acquisition tactics for the organization, including but not limited to, geographic expansion efforts, partnership and acquisition messaging, advertising efforts and marketing partnerships in priority markets including Middle East, China, Mexico, United Kingdom, Ecuador, Singapore, and others.
Partners with team members in developing and executing strategies, plans and tactics across priority markets to increase awareness and acquisition.
Reviews and develops research and marketing insights to deepen understanding of international target audiences.
Leads all aspects of international marketing partnerships and conference presence. Manages and leads the negotiation and implementation of international marketing partnerships and ensures that the sponsorships and conference presence are furthering institutional messaging objectives and goals.
Oversees content strategy and creation of relevant messaging for international audiences? across all channels.
Coordinates the development of comprehensive, coordinated international marketing dashboards that include relevant metrics from all areas of marketing and communications.
Manages and tracks marketing budget.
Supervises day-to-day relationship with external vendors ensuring execution of scope of work, financial agreements and achieving agreed upon outcomes/results.
Five (5) plus years? experience in Marketing related area, preferably in Healthcare and/or international marketing.
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED.
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. (preferred)
