The Communications and Development Manager will serve as the Alliance Health Project's manager for all external communications, marketing, and fundraising. This person will direct all communications including print, digital, and multimedia platforms; they will manage fundraising event production, including promotion and execution of event; campaign creation and promotion; field all media and public relations inquiries; and oversees all multimedia and marketing projects. Using advanced marketing, fundraising, and communication concepts to manage and implement comprehensive promotional marketing and fundraising strategies, including short and long-range strategic and marketing plans. The Communications and Development Manager will lead the team in the development of strategies to build and foster the organization's brand - that aligns with UCSF brand standards - and position within the LGBTQ+ and UCSF communities. This position works independently to manage, analyze, and maintain all marketing, communications, and fundraising events and campaigns. The role will create and develop new philanthropic, organizational and development campaigns, contacts, and strategic plans.
