ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, MARKETING, DEGREE PROGRAMS , Sloan School of Management-Executive Degree Programs , to create and implement projects supporting an integrated marketing strategy and comprehensive plan for program communications, including email marketing communication, social media, digital and video content, recruitment collateral, and brand messaging. Will identify and organize marketing projects and large-scale recruiting events aimed at mid-career executives; execute marketing best practices and efficiencies; create and manage associated timelines, resources, and personnel for all marketing projects; and execute outbound email campaigns for Executive MBA (EMBA) program, blog, social posts for EMBA and Sloan Fellows MBA (SFMBA) program, and video content of EMBA and SFMBA websites, specifically student and alumni testimonials.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : bachelor's degree; at least three years of communications experience; expert-level knowledge of Sprout Social or similar platform, Google Analytics, and Drupal; experience with program, event, and project management; and experience using marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot.
